When disappointment and heartbreak hit like a gut punch, we can remember that God is building our story.

How do I muddle through devastating change and an unexpected turn of events?

I can place my hope in the God who is with me.

I can learn to trust God’s purposes when life doesn’t make sense.

I can recognize that God is working in my waiting.

I can trust his ability to heal my pain.

I can rest in the sufficiency of God’s presence in every circumstance.

You will make it, friend.  He is building your story. His plans for you are good.

“And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm, and steadfast.” 1 Peter 5: 10
